July 10, 2021

Roll Call
9:00- 9:05 Gathering. tune in, feel into the
ground, come into quiet presence (Roll Call)
9:05-9:10 Opening go-around: Strengths,
Skills, Experience, Education, Work, Practices, Knowledges
Lauren: Teamwork, spirituality, network
building, facilitating, event planning, permaculture, mycology, and visioning,
working with children and adults with special needs
Lindsey: keeping notes, research, keeping
track of information, making an agenda so it gets done, ethnobotany, growing
things that are drought and climate resilient, things that will support
non-human ecosystem
Flo: meeting logistics, helping to set
agendas, helping to facilitate, seed to table, educational, especially with
young people, weeding, lens based work - photography or videography, PR type stuff
Gabe: carpentry, grant writing
9:10-9:20 Facilitation Housekeeping:
facilitation paradigm, roles and procedures, agreements, etc.
9:20-9:25 Transition Team/ Steering committee/

are now, decision making/ structure/ policies

Design Process- creating a process for developing our organizational structure.
Who is interested in deep work on mission and vision/ big picture long term

is your capacity?

9:35-9:40 Covid update and policy review.

EPIC
COVID protocol:
○
EPIC
will follow CDC guidelines, unvaccinated people should wear masks while in the
office or attending EPIC meetings/events. If you are vaccinated and feel more
comfortable wearing a mask, please feel free to do so.
○
If
you have any COVID-19 symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, please do not
come to an in person meeting or event at the EPIC office or elsewhere.
○
EPIC
will keep a contact log for in person EPIC meetings and events. The log will be
used for notification purposes in the case that someone in attendance tests
positive for COVID-19 or had contact with someone who tested positive for
COVID-19.
○
If an attendee tests
positive/was infectious at an EPIC meeting/event the attendee will notify Sarah
(state this requirement on the contact log).
○
EPIC will provide an online
meeting option for people who choose not to be vaccinated or are
immunocompromised.
